A: SH means shipping and handling (packing and Customs) cost. Price in RM is final. No hidden charges.

A: If you have a list of items to buy, email me. If you like something I have, you email me. Then, we'll go from there. I will reply your email and let you know what to do next.

A: Up to you. You can place any amount as deposit to secure your item/s. Balance must be paid in full once your item/s arrived KL.

Q: Can you call me?

A: Not without heads up. Email me first because we are under different continents. I might be sleeping when you call me.

A: Since 2007. My ups and downs are your advantages. Experience is the best lesson.
